Low Season: Jan, May, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec for $175/night
High Season: Feb, Mar, Apr, Jun, Jul for $225/night
Holiday Season:Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, New Years for $250/night
$80 Cleaning fee applies to all reservations less than 7 nights.
12.5% tax is applied to every reservation.
